Did you know? UK law on dog collars

Under the Control of Dogs Order 1992, any dog in a public place must wear a collar showing the owner's name and address. A microchip doesn't count. Engraving your surname and postcode on the buckle helps you stay on the right side of the rules, and adding a phone number means anyone who finds your dog can call you straight away.

Sizing

Measure around your dog's neck where the collar sits, then add two fingers' space for comfort.

• Small: neck 25–41cm, collar width 1.5cm. Jack Russell, Dachshund, Shih Tzu, Pug
• Medium: neck 33–53cm, collar width 2cm. Beagle, Cocker Spaniel, Border Terrier, French Bulldog
• Large: neck 38–58cm, collar width 2.5cm. Springer Spaniel, Border Collie, Staffy
• XL: neck 43–69cm, collar width 3cm. Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd

The lead is 150cm long and 2cm wide in every size. The poop bag holder measures approx. 8 × 5 × 4.5cm. Measurements may vary by up to 1cm.

Every set is engraved just for you, so please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Ordering for Christmas? We recommend ordering by 14 November.

What should I engrave?
We recommend your dog's name, your postcode and a phone number, for example "BELLA BB4 7XX 07700 900123". Please double-check spelling and numbers before ordering. We engrave exactly what you type.

Is it real leather?
No, it's a soft, durable vegan (PU) leather with a matte, natural-looking finish.

Can I return a personalised set?
Because each set is engraved to your details, personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If there's a problem, just get in touch and we'll put it right.

Is it suitable for dogs that pull?
The hardware is heavy-duty, but for strong pullers we'd recommend pairing the lead with The Big Trail No-Pull Harness and keeping the collar for ID.
