We currently ship to the United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man), Australia, and the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, and Spain.
2. Shipping Costs
United Kingdom: FREE tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
European Union: FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
Australia: FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
United Kingdom:
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 2–4 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days from order placement
European Union:
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 5–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from order placement
Australia:
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Friday
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 6–8 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from order placement
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union are sent from an EU-based warehouse, so no customs charges or import duties apply. Any applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout, so the price you pay is the full price with nothing extra due on delivery.
Australia: prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders with a value of A$1,000 or less are not normally subject to Australian customs duty.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Track Your Order page.
