We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time the order was made. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. While we strive for excellence in fulfilment, we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control. All delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local authorities; please refer to our Shipping Policy for further detail.

SECTION 5 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools and services (such as Track123, Judge.me, and Klaviyo) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
