Use the ETPU balls only
It is calibrated for the 5.8cm ETPU balls in the box. Tennis balls, wet balls or split balls jam the mechanism — this is the one rule that matters.

The launcher is calibrated for the 5.8cm ETPU balls supplied with it. Standard tennis balls, wet balls and damaged balls can jam or damage the launch mechanism — always use dry, undamaged ETPU balls only.
