How long does the battery last?
You get 3–4 hours of light per charge — enough for a week of evening walks for most owners. It recharges via USB-C in under 2 hours, so you can top it up while you have dinner.
Is my dog still visible when the lights are off?
Yes. Reflective stitching runs through the harness, so your dog still catches headlights and torchlight even with the LEDs switched off — and during the day it works as a normal no-pull harness.
What are the three light modes for?
Steady is the one to use on pavements and near traffic, where a constant outline reads as a person walking a dog. The slow and fast flash modes pull the eye from much further away, which is what you want on unlit lanes and open ground.
Will it help with pulling?
It has both front and back clips. Clipping your lead to the front chest ring redirects your dog's momentum when they pull, which gives you noticeably more control than a collar or a back-clip-only harness.
Can I use it in the rain?
Yes — it's water resistant and built for UK weather. Rain, drizzle and puddle splashes are fine. We'd just avoid full submersion, since the light strips contain electronics.
