Most people don't realize that we spend hours (sometimes days) arguing over samples. This week, we’ve been deep-diving into Washed Denim. Why? Because it’s not enough for a bed to look good; it has to survive a 30kg Labrador deciding it’s time to "dig" a nest at 2 AM.

We’ve been on the phone with our global partners, making sure the quality of the stitching and the density of the foam are exactly where they need to be. If I wouldn't let my own dog sleep on it, it doesn't go on the site.

International Logistics (The Unsung Hero)

While the rest of the world is sleeping, we’re often on calls to different time zones. We’ve been working hard to streamline our shipping so that when we say "coming soon," we actually mean it. Navigating global supply chains isn't the most glamorous part of the job, but it’s what ensures that your "Big Snooze" arrives exactly as promised.

Why We Do It

Running a small business in Lancashire has its challenges, but every time we get a photo from a customer showing their pup fast asleep in one of our beds, the late nights and the spreadsheet-induced headaches totally disappear.
